Manual Scan will be making a return appearance at the Casbah on December 21! The band has been rehearsing new songs for this event with the night having the added bonus of an opening set from Los Fantasmas, a new band featuring Diana Death, Vino Martinez, Carl Mendez and Bart Mendoza. This will be a very fun night!

On December 13, Elements played a short set as part of a fundraising concert at and for, Grassroots Oasis in San Diego. The night also included performances from Gregory Page, Cindy Lee Berryhill, Nena Anderson, Kimm Rogers, Lisa Sanders & Brown Sugar, Jeff Berkley and Calamity, featuring Cathryn Beeks, Sierra West, Nisha Catron and Marcia Claire. Elements (David Fleminger, Greg Smith, Sppike Mike Muellenberg, Bart Mendoza) opened up Boogie Magazine's "Concert For Charity" at 2 p.m. on December 11 at the Holding Company in Ocean Beach, San Diego. New Band! Los Fantasmas debuts December 21

Los Fantasmas is a new four piece band featuring singer / guitarist Diana Death (Chinese Rocks, Little Richards), drummer Carlos Mendez & bassist Vino Marttinez (both of The Bassics) and Bart Mendoza (Manual Scan) that performs rock 'n roll classics -  in Spanish! The band performs songs by the likes of Los Ovnis and Los Brincos, with some like minded originals thrown in the mix. The debut gig will take place on Dec 21 at the Casbah on a bill with Manual Scan.

The Shambles - "It's Getting Better"
