From the Official San Diego Music Awards website, The Shambles perform "(She's Used to Playing With) Fire," live on October 26, 1997 at that year's awards ceremony, held at San Diego State University's Montezuma Hall. The band was nominated that year for thier album, Clouds All Day and was introduced by legendary DJ, Jim McInnes.

On sunday April 24, True Stories played a six song set at San Diego's Earth Fair in Balboa Park. With David Fleminger studio bound, the band this time out included Bart Mendoza, Scott Mathiasen, Mark DeCerbo, Tommy Rodriguez and Alicia Previn. The band was part of a lineup on the Moon Stage that included Dave Preston & The Grownups, Baird and Silva, The Hurrikaynes, Sara Petite, Sometimes Julie, Donna Larsen and Messengers, and Marie Haddad.

True Stories live at Earth Fair 2022 Balboa Park Sunday April 24

On Sunday, April 24 True Stories will perform a set at this year's San Diego Earth Fair, the largest free annual environmental fair in the world. The band will perform on the Moonstage, located at President's Way and Park Boulevard.
