Bart Mendoza at Adams Avenue Unplugged - Final Acoustic Show April 25
Bart Mendoza recently announced that due to health reasons, his appearance at this year's Adams Avenue Unplugged will be his final full acoustic performance. "All good things come to an end. This year's AA Unplugged will be my last acoustic performance for the foreseeable future as medical issues have begun to overwhelm. Music is me 24/7, however, three life threatening situations in 14 months has made it difficult for me to coordinate such things. It's not farewell, I plan to sit in here and there, maybe do a Manual Scan show eventually (Kevin and Dave do most of the heavy lifting there). My intention is to put more time in to recording and writing, but we'll see how it goes (I have a backlog of stuff from before I went in). In the meantime, there'll be this fun show, with perhaps more stories than usual and some special guests. The way I see it, this just wraps up Chapter 1. Looking forward to whatever Chapter 2 brings. And a huge thanks to Donna Daly, without whom I would not be typing this right now. Current status: Home resting, but there's more in the next few weeks. Make it count folks, tell your family and your friends that you love them, give your pet an extra scratch between the ears. Life is wonderful."
