Sugarplum covers Manual Scan

Hi-Lo Records recently posted a blog about Anthony Meynell's trip with his band Sugarplum to Los Angeles Powerpop Festival, Poptopia in 1997 and a follow up 2002 gig at the Dublin Castle in London. The post includes the latter's set list and it includes a version of Manual Scan's "Confidence & Love" ! The show was filmed, so with any luck a clip will eventually surface. Sugarplum recorded a studio version of the song for The Shambles tribute album, Forty One Sixty, but this is the first time hearing that the song made it to the live stage.
