Los Fantasmas! Diana Death, Bart Mendoza, Vino Martinez, Carl Mendez - December 2016

Los Fantasmas only played one gig, on December 21, 2016 at The Casbah. Featuring Diana Death (lead vocals, guitar), Bart Mendoza (lead vocals, guitar), Vino Martinez (bass) and Carl Mendez (drums), the band played obscure '60's cover in Spanish with an all Chicano lineup. The latter two are the rhythm section of acclaimed combo, The Bassics. These recently discovered photos are the only ones to surface to date.

International Pop Overthrow! True Stories returns!

On July 8-9, International Pop Overthrow returns to San Diego! Night two, Saturday, July 9 includes True Stories (9:45 p.m.) on a bill that features Hector Penalosa, Tamar Berk, Swive, Night Swims and Casino Spanish Eyes.
