Out on Tuesday, October 1! Pacific Records is releasing a special promotional compilation CD, Discover the Artists Making A Splash on Pacific Records, featuring 17 tracks from their current roster. This includes the title track from Manual Scan's Shooting Stars EP, and a song from True Stories upcoming release, She's Magic: "Can't Seem To Make You Mine," featuring Johnny Vernazza. These will be sent to radio and press, as well as being distributed at upcoming special events. Notably the compilation features guest appearances from guitarists Robby Krieger (The Doors) and Johnny Vernazza (Elvin Bishop), bassist Ron Blair (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers), and drummer Allen Aucoin (The Disco Biscuits). The albums artwork is by Micheal Buchmiller of Hand Carved Graphics.
