Bart Mendoza took part in two recording sessions, Saturday February 13 (details tba) and Tuesday February 16. The latter date was at Pacific Records with Alan Sanderson producing and Mike Reiter (The Dig / 27 Various etc) on drums, with three originals and one cover being taped:

The February 2021 issue of the San Diego Troubadour has a reprint of a vintage Bart Mendoza article, Band of Brothers: The Liggins Brothers Story. The article details the recording lives of R&B legends, Joe and Jimmy Liggins whose career started in San Diego circa 1934
