Bart Mendoza has penned the program for the 42nd Annual Ocean Beach Street Fair, taking place June 25, including an overview of the event, plus write-ups on the Chili Cook-Off, the Kids Zone, parking, Artists Alley, a music overview and more. Also spotlights on the performers including Sandollar, The Dave Gilbert Band, The Carlos Rock Experience and Falling Doves.
